Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement legal research according to customer instructions, write analysis reports and publicity and training materials, and provide legal compliance solutions and suggestions.
2. Assist the customer's legal team and compliance team in building and improving the company's compliance governance system, the company's ESG responsibility system and related processes in accordance with the law.
3. Provide legal analysis opinions for litigation and dispute handling in accordance with customer instructions, assist customers in managing and coordinating case operations, and write case summary reports based on the materials and information provided by the client and his agency.
4. Assist customers in implementing corporate governance and compliance operations within the region.
5. Assist customers in regional team operations, assist in organizing legal and legal compliance-related meetings and exchange activities, and write work and activity reports based on the information provided by customers.
Job requirements:
1. Passed the legal professional qualification examination;
2. Those with overseas study or work experience will be given priority to recruitment;
